The Environment

At Sammie’s Little Stars Day Care, we strive to provide a clean, safe and educational environment for young children and their families. Within our care, children develop skills that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. We believe in being supportive of our parent partners, and we welcome their positive involvement and presence at Sammie’s Little Stars at all times. We further believe that with continued encouragement and intentional effort, we can successfully help children thrive and reach their fullest potential.

Our Staff

At Sammie’s Little Stars Day Care, our highly skilled staff consists of deeply committed professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children during their formative years. All of our staff have strong educational backgrounds in early childhood development and extensive experience working with children of all ages, in numerous capacities.

Our quality staff are all CPR & First Aid certified and engage in annual continuing education courses, trainings, and certifications in order to provide the type of first-rate care parents are searching for.

In addition to offering day care services, our two extremely qualified assistant directors, a NYS certified Bay Shore school teacher and a licensed Occupational Therapist in the Brentwood School District, can provide private tutoring or Occupational Therapy services to children who have a need.
